Jeremy George

Jeremy George

Jeremy is the Executive Director of SERVPRO of West Pasco, East Pasco, and Hernando. He is the second generation owner-operator, having worked on the company's first water damage emergency service in 1991 at age 13 and then taking the full reins in 2004. Jeremy earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and holds several advanced certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. He is also a Florida licensed mold remediator. Jeremy lives in New Port Richey with his wife and two sons, and when he's not working, enjoys music and boating.

Amanda Brooks

Amanda Brooks

Amanda is the Director of Operations at SERVPRO of West Pasco, East Pasco, and Hernando County. After 20 years with the company, she's done pretty much everything and in 2015 she was named employee of the year. Amanda lives in New Port Richey and is a proud mother of two.

Gail Ramirez

Gail Ramirez

Gail has been the Accounting Manager at SERVPRO of West Pasco, East Pasco, and Hernando County for more than a decade. She's extremely organized, detail-oriented, and never misses a beat. She earned a 4.0 GPA while studying accounting in college, and previously worked as an accounting manager for a computer consulting firm. She married the guy who took her on her first skydive (no worries, he competed on the U.S. team at the World Skydiving Championships) and has a grown son and daughter, and one granddaughter. She lived in Athens for 10 years and speaks fluent Greek.

Stacey Carnivale

Stacey Carnivale

Stacey is the Project Coordinator at SERVPRO of Hernando County. It's her second time around - Stacey first joined our team in 1999 and left to have a baby; now that baby's a teenager and Stacey is back with her can-do attitude and task-master skills. As Project Coordinator, she works with Project Managers and subcontractors to run rebuilds from soup to nuts, focusing on client satisfaction. When she's not on the phone at the office, Stacey enjoys cooking and hunting for antique furniture and one-of-a-kind art.

Doug Gribbons

Doug Gribbons

Doug is the Production Supervisor at SERVPRO of Hernando County. He joined the team in January 2008 and in his current role, oversees training for the Production Department and manages client satisfaction in the field. He holds IICRC water and fire certifications, and is also responsible for ensuring field work meets IICRC standards. Doug lives in New Port Richey and is an avid (and extremely talented) golfer.

Jessica Schmutz

Jessica Schmutz

Jessica Schmutz is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Hernando County. She has more than a decade of experience and holds an Associate of Arts degree and the IICRC-certification in water removal. Jessica lives in Tampa with her husband and son.

Steven Dobles

Steven Dobles

Steven is the lead carpenter at SERVPRO of Hernando. He joined the team in 2015 after 8 years with another SERVPRO operation, bringing with him extensive experience in the restoration field. He holds the IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and advanced degrees from the School of Hard Knocks. Steven lives in Clearwater with his wife and enjoys riding motorcycles and fishing.

Nora George

Nora George is the Website Manager and Talent Recruiter at SERVPRO of West Pasco. Previously, she worked as a newspaper reporter and fundraiser, and she holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University. Nora lives in New Port Richey with her husband and two sons, and enjoys playing superhero games, cleaning her white kitchen floor, and driving a minivan. 

Nicholas Brann

Nick is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Hernando County. Previously, he worked in the roofing industry and installed handrails. He lives in Hudson and enjoys biking, skating, hiking, and kayaking.

Walter Gottschalk

Walter is a restoration technician with SERVPRO of Hernando County. Walter is known by all for always smiling and providing outstanding client service. He lives in New Port Richey and during his free time, enjoys playing video games and dabbling in 3D modeling.

Kayla Canup

Kayla Canup

Kayla is the accounts receivable specialist and social media support at SERVPRO of Hernando County. Previously, she worked as a social media and accounts receivable specialist for the sinkhole industry, and she holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. Kayla lives in New Port Richey with her fiancé and two daughters, and enjoys making hair bows for her daughters and all things crafts.

Jeremiah is a production technician with SERVPRO of Hernando County. Before jumping into the world of restoration, Jeremiah worked as a kitchen manager and holds an Associates of Science from Montana State University. He has a brand-new baby girl, Genesis and two dogs Ceja and Rogue. During his free time, he enjoys fishing, going to the beach and cooking.

Kevin is a carpet cleaning specialist at SERVPRO of Hernando County. He comes with years of experience and knowledge allowing him to make stains "Like it never even happened." He lives in Port Richey with his wife and 6 children. 

Michelle Spencer

Michelle Spencer

Michelle is a carpenter for SERVPRO of Hernando County. With her 7 years of restoration and being a flooring installer experience, Michelle holds IICRC certifications in water and fire and is also a Certified Mold Remediator. Michelle lives in Port Richey and enjoys spending time with her children and new granddaughter, arts and crafts and kayaking. 

Kady Beal

Kady Beal

Kady is the Mitigation Manager for SERVPRO of Hernando County. She joined the team in 2017 with nearly a decade of experience in the restoration field, and double that in the insurance world. Kady earned an Associate’s degree in Business Management and holds the IICRC WRT certification. Outside work, Kady likes to dabble in home remodeling, and enjoys boating, camping, traveling, and spending time with her three grown children and 2 Great Danes.

Dan Santos

Dan Santos

Dan is a Production Technician specializing in water damage restoration. With more than a decade of experience in restoration, Dan has advanced training with the IICRC. Off the truck, Dan enjoys fishing, hunting, kayaking, and baseball (his favorite team is, of course, the Tampa Bay Rays). Before he joined the team at SERVPRO of Hernando County, Dan hiked the Appalachian Trail over a course of five months.
